Authors are required to submit their manuscripts exclusively through the Online Submission System provided by the Journal of Information Technology and Vocational Education (JITVE). Submissions by email or postal mail will not be accepted.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting, authors must ensure that their manuscript meets the following requirements:

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal.
• The manuscript is prepared using the official JITVE Template.
• All references follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• Figures and tables are placed within the text at appropriate points, not at the end of the manuscript.

Submission Process

1. Register an account in the journal’s Online Submission System if you do not have one.
2. Login with your registered account and select Make a New Submission.
3. Follow the five-step submission process:
   • Start: Accept the submission requirements.
   • Upload Submission: Upload the manuscript file in MS Word format (.doc/.docx).
   • Enter Metadata: Fill in author details, title, abstract, and keywords.
   • Upload Supplementary Files: (optional) Upload datasets, additional figures, or appendices.
   • Confirmation: Review your submission before finalizing.

After Submission

The submitted manuscript will undergo an initial editorial screening and then a double-blind peer review process. Authors will be notified of the submission status via email and the online system.
